As a member of the Lake County Republican Executive Committee and having served as Recording Secretary for the past 2 years, I was dismayed at the actions of our newly elected Chair.  I sent him an email after the most recent meeting.  See below:

One can only wonder if the lack of protocol on the part of the new leadership towards members is from incompetence or an attempt to frustrate the will of good men and women.
