This is More Important Than You Think
On August 12, an ILLEGAL alien from India, driving a tractor trailer, cause the deaths of three Florida residents.
This is a NATIONAL issue!
Obviously, an ILLEGAL alien should not be in our country – regardless of from what country he originates.
I have lived and travelled in other countries. Their standards for driving and following law vary – which means, competence is less important than the ability to pay bribes to police and licensing authorities. Also, their respect for law and for other people is not like what is common in the US.

“Alleged” is NOT appropriate. This guy IS the driver, and from the video evidence he DID cause the accident.
But, even these are NOT the most important issues.
How can an ILLEGAL ALIEN work as an interstate semi-truck driver?
How can an ILLEGAL alien get a CDL license? This is A LOT harder than getting a normal driving license.
If he was in the US ILLEGALLY for 7 years, how long has he been operating a long haul truck?
I have owned a small interstate trucking company. The licensing requirements are FEDERAL, and mostly fall under the Department of Transportation. Trucks are inspected CONSTANTLY. EVERYBODY knows that. EVERYONE has seen tractor trailers lined up at the weigh stations. What most people don’t know is that they do more than just weigh the trucks. Multiple government agencies MUST have known about this guy.
But, there is ANOTHER issue that troubles me.
In 2024, when I was running for Lake County Supervisor of Elections, I went to the DMV office to find out how they verify citizenship. I was concerned because MOST voter registrations are completed at DMV offices.
David Jordan, heads the office of the Tax Collector, which includes the Florida DMV. He explained to me, along with his staff, how they verify citizenship when issuing driving licenses. (This was before he assisted wtih the underhanded theft of the Office of the Lake County Property Appraiser, and the deceitful takeover of the Lake County REC).
David Jordan explained how they have an extensive, multi-layered system of verifying information on driving license applications. He indicated that there was a software company which had automated the process. While this seems like a move towards the future and greater efficiency, I had some skepticism due to my concern about Election System software.
But, at the time, I thought, who would try to cheat getting a driving license under false pretenses? Now, I am re-thinking that conclusion.
It has become apparent recently, that Mexican trucks are carrying loads WITHIN the borders of the US, which is ILLEGAL. They are only allowed to deliver loads FROM Mexico, and then return. This is important because ILLEGAL and foreign drivers are more likely to work at lower pay rates. THIS HURTS AMERICAN WORKERS! THIS HURTS AMERICAN COMPANIES!
Are foreign and criminal trucking companies using ILLEGAL aliens for low wage labor?
I’m wondering if it is POSSIBLE that the Software System is DESIGNED to allow ILLEGAL aliens to obtain driving licenses. State driving license databases were used to locate individuals who had not registered to vote, and State participants in the co-op were PROHIBITED from asking about citizenship status.
When local oversight is reduced, and data is hidden inside proprietary software, how do we know what is really happening?
